National aviation expert to speak in Chicago

On Friday, September 24th, CNT, the Midwest High Speed Rail Association and Reconnecting America will host the world’s most successful spotter of aviation trends.  Ron Davies, Curator of Air Transport at the National Air & Space Museum and author of twenty-one books of airline and aircraft history, will explain why the most important new aviation development is likely to be high-speed passenger trains.  Mr. Davies will present “Directions of Air Transport in the 21st Century: The Lessons of History” at a breakfast meeting at 8 a.m. Friday at the Chicago Athletic Association, 12 S. Michigan Ave.
