CUWiN releases open source wireless mesh networking software

CNT’s partner in community wireless networking, the Champaign-Urbana Community Wireless Network CUWiN, announces the public release of its free and open source wireless mesh networking software. The software allows individuals, community organizations, and municipalities to set up their own broadband networking infrastructure: this is a crucial component for neighborhoods trying to bridge the “digital divide.”
