Residents attended the last Board Meeting to share their stories of incorporating all the changes around their homes - downspout disconnect, rain barrels, rain gardens, etc. - and still experiencing flooded basements. I hope part of the pilot will address the aging combined sewer system that was only built to handle 10-year rain events.
