Jacky Grimshaw lets us rip up her back yard
This year, we replaced about 2,300 square feet of pavement with native plants and permeable surfaces to reduce runoff and create habitat at schools and a multifamily affordable housing courtyard that hosts a youth center. Even staff wanted to "go native". We planted this raingarden in Jacky Grimshaw’s backyard, CNT’s Vice President of Policy.
