Summits
Summits were energetic three hour, participatory events where everyone had a chance to be heard. After a brief introduction to regional planning, participants offered their opinions in three distinct ways. The whole group created a set of general recommendations. Individual opinions were collected in a brief survey. Finally groups of five to eight worked together to “purchase” and place infrastructure choices on a map, working within a budget.
