The 2030 Regional Transportation Plan

Our region can invest in the places where people already live and pay taxes or it can invest on the fringes where very few people live.

We can invest in projects that will serve large numbers of people, or we can invest in projects that serve a small number, but at a high per traveler cost.

Our project choices can conserve farmland or open space and encourage reinvestment in existing communities. Or those choices can foster sprawling development everywhere in the region.
