We were awarded a contract to manage a market assessment of the demand for real estate in Dane County, Wisconsin by the Capital Area Regional Planning Commission, supported by the HUD Regional Sustainable Communities Grant Program.

Along with a team that includes Seth Harry + Associates and Peloton Research, we established a station area place typology along the proposed bus rapid transit network in Madison that helped benchmark community performance and set goals for routing, station location and development guidelines.
